PexPeppers ‘I’m So Chile’ hot sauce brings you the flavor of Pueblo, Colorado in every meal! For this sauce we took Pueblo Chilies and combined them with Roasted Garlic, Lime Juice, White Onion, and Cane Sugar to bring you a sauce that is a bit sweet, a bit hot, and very very flavorful! This particular sauce started out as an enchilada sauce that we use right here at home!
Some suggested uses are:
- Pueblo Sloppers (an open-faced cheeseburger and fries smothered in green chile sauce)
- Topping Sauce for Fettuccine Alfredo
- Chicken Salad
